Completing over two million square feet of construction projects, our team combines a vast range of experience from all project sides including: boots-on-the-ground construction, architecture and design, development, general contracting, and construction management. Plan Management

Trinity Plan Management understands the complexities of each project. A “simple” project may not necessarily be as easy as it may seem at first glance. There are several aspects that need to be considered in properly managing the overall timing and budget.

Our approach is to drive each phase of the plan with precision and accuracy.  We achieve this with a dedicated one-point-of-contact approach throughout the entire project - planning and design, budgeting/estimating, procurement, construction, and closeout.  

A detailed plan sets the stage by translating large overall goals into the smaller achievable goals. Mapping and guiding these goals is essential for sequencing the project correctly. When specific phases such as scope development, designing, budgeting and approvals, procurement, and the construction build is clearly defined, it helps simplify the overall process to assign the right timing, dependencies, and resources to every step.
